I’ll repeatedly push play on the same hyperfocus song, squeezing out every last drop of dopamine I can get from it. And I have an entire collection of gold fountain pens because putting them to paper feels an entire experience, one I’d never want to rush through.  

When something grabs my attention, I have to know how it works—why it resonates, what made it stick, and how it could've been even better.
